A/V RECEIVERS & AMPLIFIERS

Audio/video (A/V) receivers, processors, and amplifiers are the hub of a home cinema, unleashing the potential of a multichannel surround sound system. TYM carries state-of-the-art and award-winning A/V components from brands like Sony, Anthem, Yamaha, Onkyo, Denon, and Marantz. Many A/V processing systems are compatible with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X immersive formats and can be integrated into Control4 or Savant home automation.

A/V RECEIVERS

An audio/video (A/V) receiver is a self-contained unit that receives, processes, and amplifies signals for 5.1 and 7.1 cinema surround sound. Many A/V receivers also support Dolby Atmos and or DTS:X immersive sound formats. Some, like the Anthem line, include separate room calibration systems to optimize performance. Some A/V Processors can be integrated into home automation systems like Control4 and Savant.

When only the ultimate audio performance will do, TYM recommends an A/V processor with separate amplifiers. This combination provides the power to deliver the highest quality cinema sound.

They also control volume, room equalization, bass, send the video content, and send audio content to the power amplifier(s). Many A/V processors also support Dolby Atmos and or DTS:X immersive sound formats. Some A/V Processors can be integrated into home automation systems like Control4 and Savant. AMPLIFIERS

When you want the best sound quality at every volume level then separate amplifiers are the answer. TYM carries both multichannel and monaural amplifiers for surround sound speakers and subwoofers.

The amount of torque a car’s engine can produce really matters when it’s time to go up a steep hill. … Having enough amplifier power really matters when you want the most from your home theater’s audio.
