‘The Heritage Haven’, a multiple award-winning home, was TYM’s fourth Salt Lake Parade of Homes partnership with builder Tree Haven Homes. TYM installed Savant Pro home automation, 4K video distribution, over 100 speakers—indoor and out—for home audio, and a Dolby Atmos home theater with Sony 4K projection in this award-winning home from Tree Haven Homes.

LUXURY SMART HOME

Over 100 speakers fill every area of the home with music–even the outdoor areas and landscaping. Even the outdoor sports court, fire pit, and pool areas have landscape speakers and hurried subwoofers.

In the basement you’ll find a open-concept home theater with 4K projection on a 132-inch screen and 12 speakers and subwoofers for Dolby Atmos 3D audio. In addition to the theater, the home has 3 additional surround sound systems throughout the home, including on the rear deck.

Lighting control, climate, audio, TVs, security, and surveillance are all available on demand from the lighting keypads or mobile app.

At CES 2017 in Las Vegas, the Consumer Technology Association awarded Tym the “Custom Home of the Year Award”, and “Best Home Theater/Media Room” awards for the audio/video and smart home designs and installations for this home.
