BOISE SMART HOME REMODEL
Built more than 20 years ago, this home was given new life with an extensive remodel that included interior and exterior renovations, new interior design, and state-of-the-art automation and audio/video integration by TYM.

Systems included, security, Lutron lighting control, indoor and outdoor distributed home audio with TruAudio speakers, 4K video distribution, Sony 4K Ultra HD TVs, a Sharp 4K Ultra HD TV, and a 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos theater in one of the outdoor living areas.
OUTDOOR DOLBY ATMOS THEATER
The client wanted an outdoor home theater with the best possible sound. TYM designed a Dolby Atmos surround sound system powered by Onkyo’s flagship TX-NR3030 AV receiver, with Paradigm in-ceiling speakers and subwoofers. Together with a Sony 4K Ultra HD TV, video distribution, and control by Savant, this area is a real showpiece. Guests are astonished by the rich, immersive sound in an outdoor environment.

FAMILY ROOM TV MOUNT
The family room’s 90″ Sharp TV required special planning. A recess was created during the framing stage which allowed for the concealment of not only the Savant video distribution cables, but also the heavy duty Sanus Full-Motion TV mount. Despite appearing flush to the wall, the TV can be pulled forward and then be turned and tilted for optimal viewing. In-ceiling speakers fill the room with lush and crisp surround sound.
